When it comes to warranties you expect 2 things: 1) That we’re manufacturer approved. You want to know your new car warranty will not be void and that anyone who touches your car is carrying out servicing and repairs as stated and approved by the manufacturer; and 2) You want to know that we back our work. We do this through our 12 month/ 20,000km parts and labour warranty. If anything goes wrong - we’ll make sure we get you back on the road ASAP.
Occasionally a part may fail for example. We ensure we only use approved and reputable dealer and after-market parts suppliers who back their product. The good news is warranty claims are rare and unusual at Blue Toro - we prefer to get the job done right the first time.
1st time diagnosis guarantee
One of the largest gripes Australians have with mechanics is that the job is often not done correctly or the repair just doesn’t hold up. Time and money are precious so we like to ensure that we get the job done right the first time - in fact we guarantee it! A Blue Toro Mechanic is passionate about all things with an engine and has usually been there and done that. Once they’ve diagnosed and quoted on a repair they will carry it out until completion, whatever that takes. In the unusual case where the problem is misdiagnosed then it’ on us.
How can we do this? Simple. It just takes good diagnosis up front; starting with the simple things first (not going straight for the jugular); referring it to a specialist when it needs one; being very transparent with our customers; and using our national network of highly qualified technicians to lean on for help if needed.
No rip-off guarantee

Note: All warranties and guarantees can only be honoured on vehicles with an up to date service history. Un unserviced vehicle is a potential pandora’s box of problems that are often difficult to diagnose and foresee. Additionally it is difficult to honour warranties and guarantees where another mechanic has carried out servicing or repairs post Blue Toro as we can’t guarantee their work.
